Full-service award-winning Architecture firm  – a leader in timeless, sustainable, socially responsible design with projects throughout Aspen, Pebble Beach, Malibu, Yellowstone Club, Park City, New York, and beyond is seeking hard-working, motivated Architects with experience in high-end luxury residential properties.

We are seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager to design High-end luxury residential & commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional architecture or design degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of progressive experience
• Highly detail-oriented with solid project management skills
• Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in working in High-end Residential
• Ability to demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of all phases of residential project design  from pre-design through construction observation
• Must have a solid track record of project delivery success

Responsibilities

• Responsible for team collaboration on the creation and implementation of projects throughout all phases of the design process (SD, DD, CD, CO)
• Manage multiple-sized projects
• Dedicated to pursuing design excellence
• Strong working knowledge of local City and County codes and agencies
• Establishes written project staff schedules with staff delegation, phase duration, milestones, submittals, etc. and coordinates with the management team
• Work in unison with senior level architect/owner regarding critical concerns to client schedule, budgets, ethical or policy matters
