Qualifications

• Demonstrate creative design thinking and innovative problem solving
• Practical knowledge of building materials and façade systems
• Strong verbal and visual communication skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and graphic presentation software
• Added benefits would include sensibility with interiors and landscaping
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in architecture
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and coordination with team members
• Flexibility for working on multiple projects at various stages of design
• Ability to contribute in a collaborative and positive manner to team discussions
• Ability to self-manage time to complete tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Self-motivated to find unique solutions to design problems
• Practical knowledge of New Jersey building code requirements
• Knowledge of building envelope design and detailing
• Ability to configure and develop residential unit layouts
• Added benefits would include familiarity with zoning codes in cities throughout Hudson County
