Job Overview
Lewis | Schoeplein Architects is seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and adventurous architect to join our team in West Los Angeles. The ideal candidate has an architecture degree (BA/BS Architecture or M.Arch.) and 5 years experience with projects similar to ours. **Candidates with additional experience are also highly encouraged to apply.**
We are a small office with a wide variety of current project types, including workplaces, higher education, emergency services, and residential. We are looking for someone interested in taking on all aspects of a project, from programming and design to construction documentation and detailing, to building department and planning facilitation, to construction administration.
We offer a congenial and relaxed work environment, a competitive salary based on experience, and the ability to take over the office playlist.
Skills
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Revit.
- Excellent as part of a team, yet self-sufficient in getting work done.
