Hiring Junior/Intermediate Designers with 1-2 yrs continuous experience for high-profile socially conscious housing projects alongside high-profile single family residential designs; 1-2 years of continuous experience in one office minimum required — no exceptions.

We are a fast-growing award-winning boutique design firm with extensive experience and connections working for celebrity clientele. Principal is a Berkeley/Princeton/Yale/Penn grad and Cal Poly Professor and Berkeley/UCLA/Art Center/SCI-Arc former Visiting Faculty member.
Autocad/Rhino/Revit — architecture drawing/detailing in Autocad heavily desired. Experience preparing a set of working-drawings is heavily desired. Attention to detail alongside strong design talent is very important. Commitment to a professional work-ethic (arriving on time, billing for an actual full work-day, not watching/listening to distracting visual/sound media and/or texting on phone during work hours — ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED)
Long-term growth opportunity.
You will work on projects from Schematics through Construction Administration. Great experience working with a top-level design and production team in terrific central DTLA office high-rise environment.
