Arthur Chabon Architects, an award-winning architecture firm with high-end residential and institutional projects throughout the US, seeks a Project Manager with strong technical, leadership, and design skills.

Qualifications

Expertise in AutoCAD 2020 is required. Working skills in Photoshop, InDesign, MS Excel, Bluebeam Revu, and Procore are preferred. Candidate must be proficient in managing a production team while assembling, organizing, and redlining construction and design documents for a variety of projects ranging from interior renovations to wood-frame residential construction to medium-scale institutional buildings. Strong skills in project management, client communication, design, construction documentation, specifications, and construction administration are required. Candidate must be able to work within and lead a team. Candidate must be highly organized and able to communicate clearly and articulately.
