Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel is a full-service architectural firm working in diverse market segments. The successful candidate will have strong design and production skills. Proficiency in Vectorworks is a plus.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
• We are a Mac-based office. Vectorworks experience is ideal but not necessary. Strong computer skills are required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented team player.
• Experience in the development of construction Drawings + Detail
• 10 years of experience leading design teams from the planning stage through construction management
• Comfortable working ability to communicate with clients, prepare internal design schedules, and meet deliverable dates.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques with the ability to answer contractor requests for information and address field issues.
