Tyler Perry is now building a residence near his vast TPS facility in Atlanta, GA.

He has been constructing and building a gigantic estate near Atlanta, GA, for the past three years. The 35,000-square-foot home is being constructed near his Tyler Perry Studios in Fulton County, Georgia, on the historic Fort McPherson site.

Perry intends to transform the 1,200-acre property into an organic farm. He wants his sons to develop a love of the land, environment, and animals. He also reported that he would have horses and other animals on his property.

According to TMZ, construction on the Gilded Age-style mansion began in 2018. According to PriceyPad, the 1,200-acre mansion recorded here by Atlanta Drone Girl is only 32 minutes away from the actor and producer's 330-acre film studio.

Apart from the grand main home, there is a smaller house which might be used as a guest house. There's also an airport runway, which is handy for the multitalented Perry, who reputedly formerly had a pilot's license.

Before building this new house, Perry lived in an Atlanta mansion with more than 35,000 square feet, acres of gardens and lawns, a 70,000-gallon infinity-edge pool, and a wine cellar fit for a king.

Tyler Perry purchased this mansion in 2007 for $9 million US dollars and spent millions of dollars extensively refurbishing it to its current level of luxury and richness. The home, which sits on a 17-acre site overlooking the Chattahoochee River, is one of Atlanta's largest houses.

It has seven bedrooms, an underground ballroom, flood-lit tennis courts, a private helipad, a state-of-the-art gym, a spa, a theater, and an indoor pool.

Until 2016 (at least), Tyler Perry was the proud owner of this opulent pad; the property has since changed hands. In 2016, he sold it to televangelist David Turner for $17.5 million US dollars.

This was claimed to be the highest sum ever paid for a home in Atlanta at the time. The transaction was facilitated by the luxury estate brokerage Engel & Völkers.

Fourth House in Atlanta ('Fake Whitehouse')

Perry showed his construction skills once more in 2015 when he purchased a 330-acre land in Atlanta, Georgia, for Tyler Perry Studios. Black Panther was one of the first films shot at the studios, which also contains an airport terminal, a strip mall, two baseball fields, a golf course, and a residential neighborhood.

Perry intended to make a statement and encourage young black youngsters by holding his event on the grounds of Fort McPherson. This historic military installation supported the Confederate Army and one of Atlanta's poorest black neighborhoods. In a Facebook post, he poses outside his magnificent near-exact reproduction of the White House.

Tyler Perry paid $14.5 million for his Beverly Hills house in August 2017. He is now selling it for $16.995 million just a few months later. According to Zillow, the manual was valued at more than $17 million.

Tyler Perry sold the mansion to Pharrell in May 2018 for $15.6 million, according to our friends at The Blast. That means Perry made a tidy $1.1 million on the property.

Conclusion

Tyler Perry, an inventive, creative force, has enchanted his cinema audiences with his acting, writing, and producing talents, amassing a fortune of over $800 million before age 60. He has properties in the Bahamas, Wyoming, Texas, and Mulholland Estates in Los Angeles. Still, he prefers to live and work in Georgia on his 1,100-acre property, which also houses his film studios.

His longstanding residence in the Atlanta region is a magnificent estate in the Paces Ferry neighborhood of Buckhead, which he constructed in 2007 on 17 acres of beautiful ground overlooking the Chattahoochee River. When he sold it for $17.5 million in 2016, it was the most expensive residence in the city's history.

That buyer resold it for $15 million, making it Atlanta's most expensive property. Tyler Perry has turned his difficult beginnings into a rich existence and is now a force on every media platform.
